Noviur's recruitment process in four easy steps


Once the client has provided us with the job description, then our search begins. We have an extensive database of professional candidates that have previously worked for us on contract and temporary positions.  These candidates are available to our clients as well as newly sourced candidates. With multiple sourcing avenues, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media platforms, our team of expertly skilled recruiters make the initial contact to secure potential candidates.


Our process begins with screening the candidate which includes reviewing resumes, certificates, and professional career background. The second step leads to an initial phone interview, where the candidate is asked to provide detailed professional career overview.  Once the candidate has given sufficient job qualification, we then set up a skype interview or a face-to-face interview.

During the interview process, we are assessing candidates based on:

- Presentation           - Communication skills

- Technical level        - Years of experience

- Education level      - Required Skills


We perform detailed reference checks on each candidate before submission to our clients.  Each candidate is requested to provide 2 references, which are contacted and carefully questioned via email or phone.  At the request of the client, we can provide criminal, credit, background and any additional options.


We administer client offers to the selected candidate to ensure that there is a smooth transition for both the client and candidate. We handle all the necessary paperwork and set-up of the new employee.
